Bogey Bear Junior Golf welcomes students age 7 through 17 to learn the game of golf. Our season starts in April and runs through August, except for the major holiday weekends. Students rotate through different golf skill stations throughout the immediate clubhouse area; the driving range, putting green and bunker. As the student’s skill level improves, our coaches will determine when more challenging skills can be introduced into the student’s repertoire like rules and etiquette and actual play on the short-9 course for a few holes. Our last day of the season concludes with a Student Tournament. No matter what the skill level, each student plays on the short-9 course (Advanced students play on the 18-Hole course). There will be contests on the course just like regular tournaments; for example, Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin. Everyone will enjoy pizza and awards after the tournament.
